Conveniently located between town and the resort, on the east edge of town, this is the community with the highest density of new builds. Homes can range from the mid $800’s to $2m plus here.
If a large lot with a large home, a large yard top your wish list, this is one of the areas to consider. No industrial or commercial presence and you’re most likely to drive to downtown vs walk but it’s a nice bike ride in 15 minutes in the summer.
